Nope which makes it more bewildering to me. That is why I wonder why Bob skipped over Petey Pablo or Anthony Hamilton (born in Charlotte).

My guess is that Nelly has both the money and the popularity to help the Bobcats. Think of how many people really know who PP or AH are vs. Nelly. It's all about the dollar.

The Hornets came to N.O. in 2002. I can see how some people forgot they were still in Charlotte because no one was attending their games for a few years.

Bob is counting on Nelly selling those seats...and knowing the people in Charlotte...they're gonna go hoping to see Nelly at a game...Bob Johnson is doing big things here in Charlotte...Hopefully he'll do something about this crazy traffic

I work downtown and I can only imagine what it will be like once the new stadium opens. Oh and then I have to drive past Cricket Arena just to get home, oh joy.
