Yeah,
And other than physicality  , WTH could a high-school student offer a grown woman? I would say the same thing for a male teacher who would write love letters to a female student.

Seriously, though, most women who I know may date a dude in his 20s or early 30s (I'm nearly 40), but not some young person who isn't ready emotionally, economically and educationally to build a life.
