If she got suspended, it wasn't just that one thing. You have to have 3 different sellers file Non Paying Bidder Alerts on you to get suspended. A seller can file a Non Paying Bidder Alert Warning on you after 7 days if you don't pay- you get a strongly worded email from ebay. So there's not excuse that you "forgot about it"- you would get several emails from the seller AND ebay. 10 days after that, the seller files for their Final Value Fees (gets back a part of the fees that they lost), and that completes the NPB process.
I WISH that ebayers would be gone after one non-pay.... would make my life as an ebay business person a heck of a lot easier.
I HATE people who bid and don't pay. Unfortunately I get a lot of those... my guess is that many of the people who buy my auctions are young, college kids, who either have no money or just think it's kind of a game and they don't have to pay.
