A slight hijack here...but when do you finish school???
My school is already out for the summer. Exams and all are done.
It just seems strange to me that you're having your greek week so late in the year.

It actually used to be a lot later in the semester. but greek advisors were concerned it was too close to finals.
i think there is only like 3 weeks left in the semester. I have friends graduating on the 21st and 22nd of May.
ETA: cuz I can't read my calendar right...

oy... it was a tough day at volleyball, but we are still doing okay. We just need to do REALLY REALLY well in Olympic Day today. I am happy but really nervous.
Today's events consist of a 4x1, chariot race, and tug of war.

Something does kinda irk me though. We had a chariot race yesterday. According to the breakdowns, A-Phi placed first, DG placed 2nd, and Sigma Kappa placed 3rd. However Chi Delta TIED with DG and we didn't get ANY points???? If you tie with another group don't you usually get the same amount of points or you would think we at least would get the 3rd place points?

That something would most likely be Brandon Kline & Moe. Kline tried to make us take our rope off our chariot. We had Peter Ucovich and I pulling the chariot with a rope (and there was no rule against using a rope). Kline's just a whiney little bitch sometimes!
Also today our music somehow stopped. It didnt skip, it just stopped altogether. I think we got Kline-ified today to be honest.

Sorry dont know her, shes way older than me! The group KAI sounds kinda familiar though...
I heard that TKE got first in GReek Sing, SigEp got 2nd (Woot!) and Lambda Chi Alpha got 3rd...
so.... that means TKE won greek week, Sigma Chi got 2nd, and we got third. (Kappa Sig got disqualified for using cuss words in their act so they got 0... I think)

They broke up. Last summer when Andrey and Errol were here for Errol's daughter's 1st bday, they mentioned that they were forming and recording with a new group made up of former members from Innerlude and Drop 'n' Harmony. They're called 6th Day
CSUSigEp--KAI did a cover of "It Might Be You" and scored with "Say You'll Stay" a few years ago. They were pretty popular in their day because they were practically the first Asian-American group to be signed with a major label as a Pop/R&B act.

i heard some of their stuff...not too much of a fan, though...i guess it's because they did sound a lot like the other groups out at the time. but it was pretty refreshing to see asian americans doing things in the media that didn't involve a flying kick or a calculator.
