I WANT IT ALL!
The only things different that popped into my head were a personal chef who would travel with me and people begging me to make those cameos scripted so I could sing! A duet with Clay Aiken would be really nice so I could brag about it on GC!
 I would settle for appearing with the Eagles. 
Last, BUT NOT LEAST, I would have Arabian horses available so I could ride them and someone to shampoo my hair. (Boy do I love that.)

Well besides all the best clothing and accessories
HUmm... I would require a driver at all times... my dressing room/trailor would have to have vanilla scented candles all the time... I would require oodles of Vanilla Coke and Lemonade from the cheesecake factory... and vanilla lattes from Starbucks if it's mornign fresh vegatables and ranch dip. I would also want to make sure that there were always some nice down pillows in my dressing room.... OH YEAH a laptop with internet acess so I could post on GC while waiting for my scenes or going out to perform. that would have to be with me at all times... OH and just because I could I'd make them construct giant Phi Sig letters to put on my trailor or dressing room or tour bus hHEHEE

i would be SO famous that the general public would listen to me about what politics are "right" as opposed to those <ahem> other celebs out there.
BWAHAHAHA....
ok, seriously.....i would have krispy kreme donuts everyday full with own private personal trainer everyday. i would have someone to always do my nails for me......every fabulous make up and hair product known to man......i would have to have wild cherry pepsi in all of my dressing rooms.......the most fabulous shoes on the planet....don't care what brand, just as long as they are fabulous!

I am a HUGE flip flop fan so I'm right there with you! I would want to go to all the top designers and have them make me designer flip flops! They would be the new trend in Hollywood all because of me!

-My formal dresses made to measure by famous designers
-Bags from Prada, LV, Kate Spade and Chanel.
-All shoes that come in size 5
-All the make-up I want from Bobbi Brown and Stila
-A chauffeur and limo
-Penthouses in New York, Toronto and London as well as a houses in Vancouver, in Ontario's "cottage country" and one on a private island in the Caribbean, all with the best furniture. All the homes will have different styles, to reflect the cities they're located in.
-Chef to make me my meals
-A gorgeous, gorgeous husband
-A personal trainer

Strange as this might sound, I would refuse a stylist and I would do my own makeup for most events (Oscar night, etc.) I would expect to be allowed to be ME, and I have yet to meet anyone who can do my face better than I can (of course, I used to be a professional makeup artist, so...)
My dog would travel with me everywhere.
My dressing rooms and hotel suites would be stocked with chilled Evian, Jacqua Buttercream Frosting Body Butter, and several bottles of Pouilly-Fuisse.
When travelling and when in photo shoots, MY list of music would always be playing and/or available (Paul McCartney, Beatles, Queen, Elton John, George Harrison, Neil Diamond, etc.)
Full-time chef
Full-time personal trainer
Full-time masseuse
Full-time Nanny (so I could take my kids with me everywhere.)
Manicurist and pedicurist on call
