Gas is at an all time high here in Florida, too. I paid $1.69 a gallon on Saturday to fill up my tank.
The lowest gas price in Florida is in Pensacola at $1.61/gallon.
The highest gas price is $1.95/gallon in Key West.
ETA:
Does everyone remember the good old days back in early 1999 when gas prices were at an all time low? Orlando gasoline tends to be the least expensive in the state and I remember driving up to O-Town around January of my senior year in high school and seeing gas for 79 cents a gallon.

Is that an "Imperial" gallon (slightly larger than US I think) and in Canadian dollars? (ooops, sorry, you said US dollars, didn't you?)
Still probablly close to a wash with the more expensive US places.

Gulp! Actuallly, I remember in 1963 when I took my first car to the gas station. "High Test" (Super special premium or whatever they call it today) was 21 cents per gallon. I told the guy (there was no self-serve then) to put in $2.00 worth of High Test -- and it wouldn't fit.
Turns out the Austin Healy Sprite only had a 6 gallon tank.

Shows what I knew too - that anywhere remotely safe or convienent for me to get gas is always expensive.
Iowa always has ridiculously cheap gas...like $.20-$.30 less than WI. When I went to college on the border I'd go to Iowa to get it because I'd save so much it was worth the drive.
Do any of the rest of y'all have to use reformulated gas? When we first got it here I'd drive to the next county over to fill up because it was so much cheapter and it ran better in my car.

nope. that's converting the liters into US gallons, then converting the Canadian $ to US$.
It's currently 87.4 cents a liter here.
