QUOTE]Originally posted by dzsaigirl I didn't HAVE to eat the ramen. I have plenty of other food and the means to buy more, but I already had this ramen and was craving some! Anyway, I cooked it up and it tasted stale, so I tossed it and ate some french bread instead. I just wanted some carbs [/QUOTE]
Since we're on the subject of ramen and we know that dzsaigirl didn't starve , what's everyone's favorite brand of Ramen?
I don't care too much for Top Ramen, but I can understand how they can be a lot of people's favorite. The cheapest I've ever seen it was $0.29 a package and less than $5 a carton.
I prefer Sapporo Ichiban myself. Chicken or beef flavor, with egg and leftover meats.
A little off topic but someone at work put a box of individually packaged oatmeal in the break area with a help yourself sign on it. I looked at the expiration date on it and it said 1998
I actually never ate it until after college, if you can believe that! Because of that I never got overdosed on it and actually even *want* it from time to time, despite having plenty of access to real food!
Best flavor is creamy chicken. How this is different from the regular chicken, I don't know, but it tastes better.
