Michael Jackson's sons are both Named Prince Michael (numbers II and III...Michael Jackson is obviously Prince Michael the I), his daughter's name is Paris. However, Michael's youngest song (the one he dangled over the balcony) has the nickname Blanket. I believe he explained why in his interview with that British guy, but who can understand him when his voice is in an octive only dogs can hear.

because "a blanket is a blessing." (I don't get it either)
And the sons are Prince Michael I & II (Blanket is II). If Mike changed his name I don't think he would be content with Prince - it would probably be "Emporer" or "God."

I suppose 2.0's the latest version of trend names.
At my old job I'd come across weird and interesting names of different students. The best one was Empress T. Aquarian. Obviously the T stood for "the". And really, it was her name. Her parents were former hippies. I also came across a "Sterling Silva" and "Crayola Jones". I wonder if her parents got sued for using the Crayola name?? One of my friends from HS married someone who last name was "Ryder". I don't know what the hell she was thinking naming their daughter "Wave".

By the way, Michael Jackson's daughter's full name is Paris Michael Jackson. He had to have his daughter be an homage to himself too.

My roommate and his family just made up names. In fact, he and his brothers chose the name for his sister because it sounded cool. No phoenetic rules apply to their names and none have meaning evidently.
And before you think they're weird hippies, these wasps attended the same prestigious schools for generations and the family has controlling interests in quite a few companies globally.
