The site, that they are talking about, is on top of one of the best transportation hubs in the country. The 2,3,4,5,B,D,M,N,Q,R, and W trains all stop there. And the LIRR's Brooklyn terminal station is right there as well.

I thought about that and actually forgot that the Atlantic Avenue/Pacific Street station constitutes part of Prospect Heights. Silly me.

That station carries the most amount of subway transfers that passengers can make.

I wonder if the Atlantic Mall will still be there when the stadium is complete??

A Frank Gehry Stadium!

There is a website at: http://BBall.net/ detailing the Brooklyn Nets project, along with images of the existing site, and of the proposed development.

I'm not the biggest Frank Gehry fan, but I like this design. It brings character to the area, as opposed to run-of-the-mill generic stadiums.
