I especially love the dialogue between Cameron and Ferris about Cameron's car being a piece of sh!t, where Cam says "No it isn't" but Ferris replies "Yes it is, but relax, I don't have a piece of sh!t of my own, so I have to admire yours."
Two reasons I love that exchange - I had the EXACT same car in high school, except for a black interior, and, Ferris came out in theatres right as I graduated, and EVERYONE thought I was Cameron's inspiration - Alan Ruck and I could be brothers we look so much alike. I even convinced a (OK, a really, really inebriated) sorority girl that I WAS Cameron in the movie, and that my income from it was paying my way through college.
Blast from the past. Wow. Good thread!

Most of my favs have already been mentioned but I LOVE the ending while the credits are rolling and Mr. Rooney is all tattered and torn and he reluctantly gets on the school bus. The kids look at him like this and this then he sits down next to the nerdy girl no one else wants to sit next to and she offers him some Gummy Bears. She says something to the effect of "They're nice and warm. They've been in my pocket all day." Mr. Rooney takes one and flicks it across the bus. Then, he looks to the kid next to him and see's the SAVE FERRIS on the notebook. All this with the music going on in the background "Oh Yeahhhh..."
Classic...

That ending is funny! After the credits roll and Ferris Bueller tells the audience to go home, lol! I really love that movie.

Oh..I almost forgot. I love the part where Ferris gets Sloan out of class and she's waiting in front of the campus w/Mr. Rooney. He's blabbing off about life and death and she's while he's not looking. Ferris arrives in the hat and trench and she goes to meet him and (OK, I'm laughing as I type this ) and they come face to face and kiss.
Ferris: Do you have a kiss for Dad-dy? *smooch*
Mr. Rooney: So that's how it is in their family...

When Mom and Jeanie get home after Mom picks her up at the police station. Jeanie bolts into the house, Dad drives up and meets Mom.
Mom: I lost the Vermont deal because of her.
Dad: I think we should shoot her.
ETA:
The entire encounter with Charlie Sheen in the police station.

I took Geography AP my senior year of high school, and one of our big projects was to determine (using maps of Chicago) if he really could have done it in one day. I must say, it was a time-consuming project, but I really didn't mind having to watch the movie 4 or 5 times
(by the way, half the class determined he really did do it in one day- my group included!)

Random: This movie is on right now.
Mr. Rooney: Tell you what, dipshit. You don't like my policies, you can just come on down here and smooch my big old white butt.
Grace: Ed!
Mr. Rooney: Pucker up, Buttercup!
Grace: Ferris Bueller's on line two!

I like this line "Ferris Bueler you're my hero." After Ferris saves Cameron from his fake drowning.
I also like "here pocchie poochie! here pooch. Look what uncle ed has for you ya lil f&^%$#!" Regarding the dog at ferris's house after attacking Ed Rooney and someone delivering flowers.

Okay, not a quote per se....
I personally love the shot where you are looking at Cameron sitting in his white car (thought I should clarify) when he is going to pick up Ferris the first time, then he gets out, goes behind his car and jumps up and down in frustration/angst, then walks back to the car, gets in and says "I'll go, I'll go , I'll go ....SHIT!"
Hilarious - totally know what he thinking!!!
