The 12, now 13 year old's mother was on the Queen Latifah show this morning. They did a telephone interview with the late 6 year old girl's mother. She stated that it doesn't make her feel any better that he has been convicted of life in an adult prison because either way, her daughter will not be brought back. She also stated that the 13 yr old's mother was offered a plea bargin of 3 years in juvenile detention with counseling, but they declined it, saying this was an accident. Tiffany's (the 6 year old) mother said she wept because she knew that there was no way that he wouldn't be found guilty, it was clear that he would have to pay for what he did - accident or not- and she couldn't understand why she would put her son through this.

Anyway, I'm curious now to see what will happen with the boy in Santee, especially since the 13 year old was convicted, when he did not have an intent to kill, yet the child in Santee's intent was murder.

His lawyers are vicariously working on the court case to overturn Proposition 21, the California State Law-overwhelming passed by the voters which states that all children that commit heinous felonies will be arraigned and sentanced in Adult court and prison...

Proposition 21 goes before the California State Supreme Court soon. Watch them overturn this BS prop. that was bad law in the first place!!!

Oh, but they won't overturn Props 187, 209, 213, 3 strikes and the Knight initiative--OH, no way--the voters overwhelming passed these into laws!!! Hmmmmm. Makes you wonder who THESE laws were made to imprison??? Didn't think it'll be the little boy that decides everybody teases him at school about his video games, so he decides to shoot it up--OR--didn't think suburban thugs who hated migrant farm workers, so they beat them down because these thugs were white supremacists. Hmmmm.

I'm very, very pissed off 'cuz the people of color in California are being "O.J.ed" horrendously...

And I hate to say it, but if the Cali Supreme Court overturns this "overwhelming voter supported proposition"--all I can say is: Can they say "Kerosene...", perhaps???

Oh, hell yeah, we can do another South Central L.A. Those looters weren't imprisoned, yet... Just bad laws--FOUL laws!!!

I'm on a rant. Just havta vent.
