I don't change mine!
Mornings are Clinique Exfoliating Scrub in the shower, followed by a wash with Mild Soap, Clarifying Lotion 2, and DDMC.
Nights I usually just use water and a little soap to get off my makeup.
About two times a week I'll use a peel-off face mask to clear up any goop, right now I'm using St. Ives, which smells like apples!

I use Lancome. I have dry skin, so moisturizer is my friend year round. I switch in the winter, though, to using the thicker moisturizer at night, instead of the light moisturizer. Once our few weeks of winter passes, I'll switch back

I use Mary Kay and I don't have to change my skincare from summer to winter (and my skin fluctuates from Normal/Oily in teh summer to Normal/Dry in the winter). I use the Timewise cleansing bar and Timewise Moisturizer with SPF 15 morning and night. once we hit the dead of winter (in a few weeks for about 3 months) I'll probably have to use the new Intense Moisturizing Cream on my cheeks. I also use the Extra Emollient Night Cream on my nose when I have a cold (takes care of that dry skin like nothing else - good for the feet too! LOL)

I change mine (for at least one face-wash a day) to Loreal HydraFresh Foaming Cream Cleanser from the J & J Head-To-Toe baby wash I usually use.
cash, I agree with everyone else who recommended Clinique. See if one of the females you know has a sample of Dramatically Different. It's just a basic light moisturizer - I'm guessing the guy stuff is similar. Also nothing Clinique has any fragrance, but it also doesn't have that kinda gross "unscented" smell.

Okay, here's my routine:
Mornings:
Wash with Aquanil cleanser.
Moisturize with Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer (nude) with SPF 18. In the summer I skip the moisturizer and just use BioMedic sunscreen with zinc oxide, SPF 18
Under my eyes I use Kiehl's Avocado Undereye Cream
Evenings:
Wash with Aquanil cleanser.
Bobbi Brown Extra Eye Balm under the eyes, and covered with the thicker Kiehl's balm. Can't think of the name.
Retin-A Micro .01% all over my face
Smith's Rosebud Salve on lips
Once a month I go to my aesthetician for (alternate) microdermabrasion or a glycolic peel
Yes, I know I'm high maintenance! lol

For the past 3 months I've been using the Bath and Body Works new Pure Simplicity line (which I adore btw!). This is my first year of winter in the southern climate so I don't know if I'll change my routine for the winter. Normally I have to start using a heavier moisturizer and a moisturizing foundation. My skin hasn't started getting dry yet though and I don't want to over do it and have oily skin. Has anyone else moved from the north to the south? How did it affect your skin in the winter?

hehehhehe....hey Dec, are the Lynx adverts still running in the UK? Some of those were kinda funny and oozed testosterone. Any man using those products would definitely not be questioned about whether or not he is "metrosexual"! heh.

I forgot about using sunscreen, the sun in the winter seem so bright. I know this does not qualify as a skin care routine but I've just started using my humidifer(sp) because in my apartment the air is so dry even my hair seems to lose moisture.
