The DSM-IV has added or is considering to add a pre menstrual depression as an official psychiatric diagnosis, I'm not sure if it's been added or not though. So honestly PMS can be a real excuse. Yes, some of us have it worse than others, but it really can screw with you

I don't really get bitchy, but as I was telling John, sometimes when I'm PMSing I'll find myself crying while watching something so damn cheesy and then snap outta it and be like, boy that was dumb! I guess it's all a part of the game

I've heard that too. I think orgasms massage your uterus which reduces cramps. Sorry to get all graphic.
I've heard that women who have sex regularly have periods that are more timely. Something with the hormones in sperm or something.

I'll drink to that!!!! I enjoy having my periods and PMS because I too would cry if i got pregnant before I was ready/married.

Why would you cry? Just get an abortion. I'm not saying I advocate going out and busting a nut in a chick when she's not on birthcontrol....but either way.....if it happens it happens. If you're that worried about the night before...just get the day after pill or go to the abortion clinic. The first time is kind of rough....the second time you know what to expect...by the the third time it doesn't phaze you anymore.
