Well, don't be too angry because I missed it too. In order to get the top notch doctors, politicians and any other professionals it all starts with the teachers. In a previous post some one said "does the US have to be world police and apparently that is what has happened.

After the US polices the world, maybe we can be thier daddy too.

Nope, it went our Congressmen - they voted to give themselves a raise earlier this year.
