AOIIalum had it right on the nose...when you're going through each party, just stay calm and chat with girls as if you were in your dorm room or on the quad or something...sisters understand when PNMs are nervous (after all, we've been there ourselves!!!) and, personally, it's the relaxed, happy girls that often catch my eye rather than the super-excited, hyper-chatty PNMs...at my chapter, sisters look for PNMs that they can see in their letters or just chillin' on their couch or going to dinner with and by the same token, you should look for those exact qualities in a sorority in order to know if they might be a good fit for you...but even if you don't think that a particular house is right, don't write them off automatically or get nervous because you aren't sure...i try to remember that rush is half about getting members and the other half is about meeting new friends
