Are you planning on staying local or going national?
When we were a local, and thought we were going to be a local for awhile, we put in a provision that if the current sisters wanted to go national, they would need to contact at least 10 founding sisters and get permission from at leas 6 of 10 sisters permission.
The thought was we wanted to make sure that the current sisters still held the same ideals we did, and more importantly there was no hazing or anything like that going on.
We ended up not needing it because we went national one semester after being a local...our college panhel realized we weren't going any where.
Just something to think about....
