i found a few on like smilies.com or something or other, but i want FUN ones.....like, a smilie with a 40 or something

How do you put the smilies in the posts?
How much of a loser am I for not knowing how to do that after being around for over a year?

I like the fish smilie especially because of the story about the guy getting the fish stuck in his head.
