I agree with shadokat...
I don't think those rules are too outlandish. I advise a chapter at a campus that is about as strict.

New Members have a curfew, are required to attend 4 hours (I believe) of study tables *a day*, have certain events they have to attend, etc. this is all mandated by the university. For those familiar with panhel...they are not allowed to COB.
