Yeah i want to be greek one day, but ya know, if peeps gonna have attitudes like this man, dayum, a nigga just asked a simple question, and look at the blah blah blah, I mean I know this yall forum and everything, but whassup wit da attitude all the time, but ya know, this yalls, BUT ITZ ALL GOOD, ya know..holla at a jigga, and about the hand sign, I WASN'T ASKING A STUPID QUESTION LIKE, WHAT IT MEANS OR SOME BULL LIKE THAT , I MEAN, DATZ ONLY FOR DELTA TO KNOW,ya know, dat would be whack, i was just wandering why they didn't do it back in the day, that for any other greeks to folks, IF I TOUCHED A NERVE BY ASKING..MY BAD, SINCERELY FOLK, MY BAD

Now HERE is where you are showing your ignorance.
1. Even when I answered your first question, there was no attitude. When my co-mod chimed in, it was all just jokes.
You say you want to be Greek one day, well let me prepare you now to check your attitude. The last couple of posts of yours have been IGNANT as all get out. Tell you what, why don't you go to Kazodiass and see what response you get there.
When you asked your question, what response were you expecting? See you came here IMO off jump, wrong. Did you expect us to just spill our history for YOU???!?!? Please. 
2. If you were really sincere with your apology that I quoted above, why the hostility in your response. If you cannot handle what Kelli and I gave you today, woe unto you as you endure your process FACE to FACE.
3. You sound young to me; young mentally and physically. Since you know our style of how we do things on Greekchat, then you should have already had an idea about the response. I could have deleted your question and moved on from there.
You asked: Has Delta Sigma Theta always used the pyramid as a hand sign?
My response: That information is G-1913 classified.

P.P.S (have not written this since my old letters from back in da day  ): Since you love us so much, that to me says you know Deltas in your everyday life. WHY NOT ASK ONE OF THEM about the hand sign? Since our responses were not to your liking.

Anyhow, I just wanted to say... As a guest to the DST forum, I always feel welcomed and respected... But there is a reason for this: Read it, know it. Also, just have common sense. Greek or not, you must know that if someone you didn't know asked you about something you considered sacred, you'd be a little  at them as well. You asked a question, you got an answer - - don't be upset if it wasn't what you wanted it to be.

wow Krunk my sorors sing a few songs and you get offended? If you plan to be greek I suggest you get tougher skin cause not every greek person is going to cheese up in your face and welcome you. But that's how it is in life as well.
And ditto on kazodiass(another greek website) if you had posed this question to them, they would of roasted you.

That is because all some people do is show up to parties and step shows. People see the fun of being greek but some do not see the work involved. Some do not realize that the D9 are about SERVICE to the community.
Another thing that might be helpful to those who seek knowledge of the D9: Sometimes you have to read between the lines. For example: If you notice that an org uses a hand sign and you go back 20 years or so and notice that they did not back then, then the logical conclusion would be that within the last 20 years the hand sign was originated and used. Now, if you want to know the meaning of signs and calls, then join the org. We are secret societies for a reason. Think people, think.

LMAO, and yall calling me IGNORANT,? but itz all good ladies, but ya know, even after this, i have the same feeling about delta,they do so much in my community. I volunteer at Latino Outreach, and Habitar for Humanity, and there are always Deltas in my presence. The most phenomonal thing is that for Latino Outreach the we raised 3000 for after school programs for lationo kids in my community, going door to door, car washes and everything, and with the help of the ladies of DST it made it a whole lot easier. What was really amazing about the situation is that these weren't african american kids they were tryin to help, but Latino, just goes to show Delta is about bettering the community for all.
