Which should mean that her actions were premeditated and calculated - I say throw the book at the heffa!!!!

Awww. What a cute lil' baby. This story makes me angry, considering my age and lack of prospects for a babyperson.

Forgive me for crashing your board, but !!!!!!!

The poor little thing must have been so scared. I hope she comes out of it ok and her mother gets prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

A little repetitive, no new news but seems like the little girl is okay.

Mother of girl found in washer is charged

POMONA - Prosecutors charged a woman with felony child endangerment Tuesday for allegedly putting her 2-year-old daughter into a washer at a coin laundry and closing the door, which started the machine.

Erma Osborne, 35, of Pomona, was scheduled for arraignment today in Pomona Superior Court, said Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Gail Ehrlich.

Osborne remained jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.

The woman allegedly put the girl into a washer at Lucy's Laundromat in Pomona on Saturday. Authorities said the washer had unexpired time, and when the door closed it began operating.

The woman and bystanders were unable to unlock the machine, so police were called. They used batons to break open the washer's glass window and rescue the submerged girl. She required stitches on her arms and legs and was in stable condition Tuesday at Children's Hospital in Orange County, the District Attorney's Office said.

Most front load washers cannot be stopped mid-cycle so this sounds odd to me. Bottom line, there is NO reason to put your child inside of a washing machine, let alone CLOSE THE DOOR. . . put her in the little laundry carts.

Angry TTT/More crazy ass-moms. I'm really pissed

This ISHT happened up over the weekend. I'm beyond sick to read this:

.

Woman throws self, twins into river; infant body believed to be victim's

HASTINGS, Minn. (AP) — Boaters found the body of a young child in the Mississippi River, and authorities said it appeared to be a 14-month-old boy allegedly thrown into the river by his mother.

Sheriff Don Gudmundson said Monday that authorities were working to confirm it was the body of Sincere Understanding Allah.

Boaters found the body Sunday evening just off an island in the river, between the St. Paul suburbs of Inver Grove Heights and St. Paul Park.

Police have said the boy's mother, Naomi Gaines, 24, of St. Paul, dropped him and his twin brother, Supreme Knowledge Allah, 75 feet into the river from a downtown bridge on Friday and then jumped in after them.

Bystanders pulled Gaines and one of the boys to shore. Both are expected to recover; police have arrested Gaines.

The sheriff said the body was recovered 11 to 12 miles downstream from the bridge. He said the body was swept that far downstream because the river is about 4 feet higher and the current is faster than usual due to recent heavy rains.

Investigators spoke with Gaines throughout Friday night and Saturday. Police Cmdr. Brian Coyle said Gaines was clear-headed, but he would not discuss what she told police.

Gaines' sister, Phyllis Chew, said Gaines "has always been a very caring mother who has experienced continuous and emotional distress over a long period of time."

Tony Saley of La Crosse, Wis., jumped into the river on Friday after hearing a splash.

He first grabbed the woman. "She didn't resist at all, she just screamed," Saley said. He said he couldn't make out what she said.

Then he found one baby with his head slightly under the water. He let the woman go, and brought the baby back to shore.

"I hope the child is taken away and put in a good home where it won't ever have to worry about that again," Saley said on Sunday.

This pix is a covered body of one of the babypeople.

Needless to say we are all saddened here. As of the last report I saw, the surviving twin is released and the mother is still hospitalized. They had a pic of the twins when they were newborns in todays paper and it was heartbreaking to say the least.
