This is similar to that, still wins for sickest thing someone's ever said to me. I was wearing "sorority girl pants' lol at a bar, and some big black guy came up to me.
He goes, "Baby, I know that ass looks good in black, but does black look good in that ass??"
I started screaming and my guy friends were like dude thats the grossest thing we've ever heard!

The worst pickline I ever heard actually kinda worked b/c I'm still dating him. I walk into the classroom building and this guy I know from band is staring at me. So finally I ask him how he's doing? He says "okay, can i ask you a question?". I was like, sure whatever. He looks at me with a straight face and says "are you in a sorority? B/c you're that pretty." WTF???? 
We're going on a year and a 1/2 now. So sometimes they do work.

On the old Laugh-In TV series, Arty Johnson played this really old guy who always tried to "pick up" Ruth Buzzy who was playing this really old woman.
He had some really great (meaning bad) lines.
The one I remember:
"Do you believe in the hereafter?"
"Then you know what I'm here after..."
She always ended up hitting him with her purse...
