yup, here, too.....actually that's more AL....in KY it depends....some say "pop"....which sounds sooo funny to me.

Soda!!
Even if I moved I think I will always refer to it as soda, I laugh every time I hear the word pop being used for soda.

Right after I got to school in Ohio someone asked me if I wanted a pop and I had no clue what they were talking about!

It's Pop is Canada, and that's the wasy it should be! If I hear someone say soda hear I'll know they're not Canadian.

 Me too. My dad has called it so-dee water since I was a kid and it drives me crazy (he does it on purpose).
Otherwise, pretty much everyone in Texas calls it Coke.

in quebec tho i have to order a liqueur douce - just easier to say coke or pepsi tho....
i think it's cute when i hear soda, makes me think we're in a fifties movie or sumthin...

In the western part of KY you say "pop" if you say "coke" you get a standard coca-cola.
