I will post a pic of our new girls later. They are the best pledge class I have seen in the four years I've been a sister. This pledge class is not only gorgeous, but they are leaders and wonderful girls. Before Rush all the sisters had a talk about how an Alpha Gam is not something you become but something you are born as. We really found our true Alpha Gams this year. I am so proud of our chapter!

Jen,
A sister from my chapter (Melissa) is an LC this year and she was at an Alabama chapter just a little bit ago. Would she happen to have been at yours? I was just wondering. Thanks!

Thumbs up Delta Pi--San Francisco State University

Just wanted to let our sisters know that Delta Pi pledged 12 beautiful new sisters into our circle, which was quota + 2. Alpha Gam was also the only women's fraternity on campus to get EVERY single girl on their first bid list, AND we pledged our chapter's very first legacy.

Yay, Delta Pi!

Talking Okay...I started this thread...

...and now I get to share Delta Sigma's recruitment results!!!

Y'all know that AGD-DS is the only NPC sorority on campus, so technically we do have quota...but we really don't. We are encouraged to take in at least 10 new members...and any PNMs interested are still welcome to go through COB...so...

DELTA SIGMA CHAPTER WELCOMES 14 BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL NEW BABY SQUIRRELS.

There is also a strong possibility that 2 more women will go through COB. Should they decide to become new members we will have achieved TOTAL!!!

Let me tell you about these girls. Almost all of them live on campus, and though they only met last week they've already been hanging out with each other, having lunch, going to the beach...going to a movie. They are pretty much inseparable.

And get this...usually we have a hard time explaining finances, and when we do, this sometimes scares the NMs a bit. I almost had a heart attack when half of them offered to take care of their finances *IN FULL* by tomorrow night (New Member Service). And these girls are so ready for Frat Ed. Tonight (Bid Night) they were asking so many questions about AGD stuff...and I wanted to tell em all tonight, but I reminded them that this is what Frat Ed is for!!!

I have never, ever seen a recruitment like this before...and the alumnae who offered to help us throughout this period have even said that this was by far the most successful they've ever seen.

We really pulled together this time around, and I'm glad to see that all the hard work paid off.

Good luck to the AGD chapters that are going through recruitment in the near future...and to those having it in the spring!!! May you all have successful results!!!
