Just curious, but it is appropriate speaking of and quoting from the ritual services manual openly online?

Good Question. It's from the Ritual Coordinator Handbook, so I don't think that's a problem, but I didn't even think about that. Thanks, AG1019!

I don't think it's a big deal because we're just discussing clothing (which anyone can see us in), not any rituals.

My chapter also requires us to wear closed toe shoes as well as knee-length (or longer) dresses. Sleeveless dresses are prohibited too.

It is a little late but DeeDee answered the shoes question. Doesn't matter if open or closed, just make sure that your toenail and fingernail polish is neutral, i.e., not lime green.
Shoulders covered, sleeveless okay. Be sure to wear white underwear cause others might see through your dress.

I forgot to mention that!
DeeDee had a GREAT Q&A Session between the Ritual services at the Convention. I found out that many of the things in our Ritual are done differently at my chapter. We don't know why, but I took notes so we can get everything right when the ceremonies come around.
In my Convention survey, I noted that perhaps we could have a more in-depth Ritual session at the Centennial Celebration. DeeDee was such a big help...and it feels great to have answers to questions that've been bugging us for a long time!
