Tell me Tom, what exactly the President does to influence the economy? Short of trying to put his trickle down economics theory into practice to help improve things I don't know what he's hurt so far (it's actually a theory that MANY great economists will vouch for).

Unless you want to blame the WTC on him... But go back before that. Before he had passed one single bill the arrow was pointed down.

I don't like everything his government has done... But I don't like most things that governments do.

As far as the war goes... Only an idiot would WANT war. It just shows a failure of other alternatives. I don't know what else you could do with a guy like Saddam.

I think my favorite quote from the speach was "Some terrorists we have killed and some have met other fates" (or something to that effect). Very nice how he left it hanging with "Other" fates.
