Bump!

I came across this thread and thought it would be a great time remind sisters to pull together BEFORE recruitment Discuss what will happen with the new pledge class, what were the problems before and how to prevent them if they haven't been corrected. Hopefully, this will also work to resolve any internal relationships the sisters are having.

I am curious as to how many chapter initiate 100% of their formal recruitment class, regardless of the time of year they pledged/initated.
