The only reason I am a bit anti teaching it in school is because they make sex sound so clinical and mechanical. I know that what I really wish I had heard about and been told about was the emotional readiness that is WAY more important than the "ins and outs", so to speak
I wish sex ed would include things like how to have a healthy relationship, how to not cave when a man says "I'm clean, I don't need a condom.", feeling comfortable with your body naked, the differences in the emotional maturity of men and women depending on the age you are, how to not base your self-worth on whether or not you have a boyfriend, THINGS THAT REALLY MATTER!
