Wear a sign around your body that covers your chest-- have it say censored! wear some beads with the sign.
Be a rock star couple
Pam and Kid Rock
Sonny and Cher
You could go as Christina aguilera
Some people are really into halloween, I never have been.
why are HOOTERS t-shirts so popular to wear as a halloween costume?

Last year I was a 70's porn star (made up my own name too-Diva St. Claire) complete with glittery platform shoes that I made and a massive fro like wig that actually matches my natural hair color.
This year........it's Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. complete with the thigh-holsters and guns.
I heard a story bout a guy who showed up at a party just wearing his pants. When asked what he was he said he was a premature ejaculation, he came in his pants!

LOL...I did something kind of like that (not sexual though)... I was y oung and it freaked people out because of my age... I went trick or treating just wearing like normal clothes...jeans, sneakers, a hoody...and whenever anyone asked me what I was I would respond with a coupletely straight face and monotone voice, saying "I'm a homicidal maniac, they look just like everyone else.".. Not exactly the most humorous, but being only like 11 it really did freak people out.... Don't even ask where I came up with the idea, I'm not sure.

My boyfriend used to go in his regular clothes and says his costume is "the one no one suspects"
A good couple suggestion is Brad and Janet from Rocky Horror Picture Show
I think my boy and I are going to go as ravers. Lots of body glitter, glow sticks, etc

Hubby and I are going to a party as Jeannie and Major Nelson. I actually bought a harem girl costume at Frederick's and he's borrowing a friend's Air Force uniform. Should be fun

We just had Halloween grub and one of my sisters went as Audrey Hepburn- she looked beautiful.
Other suggestions: one sister got her boyfriend to wear a number 1- she cut out posterboard in the shape of a one and draped it over his shoulders. (#1 on both sides) She wore a big night table with an alarm clock, etc. They were a one night stand!! It was really cute but a lot of work and they couldn't dance in the costumes.
Another sister wore a hooters girl outfit. Her date was dressed like a present and had a card attached to him that said To:Women From: God. He was god's gift to women and she was god's gift to men. Very cute!!

I'm either making the holsters or one of my friends does security work and can get me the real deal. I'll still have to get toy gun to carry around. I doubt I could get away with carrying real unloaded pistols around. If ya want to know how to make them I can tell ya just PM me! There's really not a whole lot to that costume. All my guy friends are freaking out over tha fact that I'm dressing up like that.
I've heard about the "God's gift to women" costume before. One of my friends is doing that this year, except he's putting a huge RETURN TO SENDER sticker on the front. I thought that was just too funny.
Another friend of mine is going as "Thuperman" Superman's cousin. He's making a t-shirt with a big "TH" on the chest and wearing short shorts, a little tank top, a purple velvet cape and carrying around a picture of Christopher Lowell and a book of fabric swatches. Because "He decorates with accent colors and thow pillows in a single bound!" I nearly died when he told me about that one.
Yet another friend of mine is going as a pissed off Oompa Loompa, he got fired because he had a growth spurt.
One of my girlfriends is going as "Queen of the F'ing Universe" I don't know quite know how she's gonna pull that one off.

That's my costume! well, minus the cat. I think PETA would be up my a** if I brought a cat to some of the halloween parties I've been too (i.e., noise, smoke, crowds).
it's not too hard - you need a long solid black dress w/o sleeves and black heels. if you're in a sorority you most likely already have that and that's the main expense.
then round black sunglasses (i.e. Jackie Kennedy style), a cigarette holder, black elbow length gloves, and LOTS of costume jewelry. I have a some great necklaces from my grandmother - rhinestones and pearls - i just wear 5 or 6 necklaces at once so they all stack up. then put my hair up and i bobby pin a small pearl brooch in the front.
here's some pictures from one of those poster websites...scroll down and you can see some from the movie.

my roommate and her sister are going as butterflies. they bought those white wings that are sold for angel costumes, cut off the fluffy "feather" border, and painted them with glitter glue. then they made headbands and attached antennae w/pipe cleaners and little styrofoam balls covered w/more glitter. they're going to wear black pants, black halter tops, and lots of fun glittery makeup, really doing up the eyes. looks *really* cute.
