HELP!!! Need to get a wedding gift quick - ideas???

You can get some nice things - vases, picture frames, etc - without spending a lot of money.

Things Remembered is a great store... that's where my husband got his gifts for his groomsmen. IIRC, they can do the personalization within an hour or two for most things.

This is a little late for you, because of the time factor, but what about making something? I often make knitted or cross-stitch items as gifts - I can't picture you doing cross-stitch but you might have a hobby that you can use to make a gift.

First of all thank you to all of you guys for responding. Knowing that it would actually be better off not to bring the gift to the wedding was a big help.

Basically what I decided to do is ask all my co-workers to go in on the star registry, and depending on the money we get I'll use the rest to get a gift certificate to Target (where they were registered) so that they can pick out the stuff they need most.
