Thanks, Eclipse!

I like the storylines so far. I think we are what, four episodes in now? What a lot of people don't realize is that the first season was just as slow moving as the current one, although it seems like this season's cast is much larger. And since we already know a lot of the cast, it's a bit hard to keep up EVERYTHING that happened last season with all the elements of the new season.

The Wire plays out like a good mystery novel...twists and turns, and it might not be resolved until the very last episode.

I appreciated the amount of time it took to reassmble the detail with nearly all of the original cops. It wasn't contrived, and it left a door open for the detail to become a permanent unit.

I watched The Wire for the first time last night, but I had some trouble following the plot since I didn't know the characters. I've heard great things about it, though, and am going to start watching it every week.

In the first scene where that guy and his nephew were talking under the Key Bridge; that scene was shot 5 minutes from my house

Dang good show, its weird how the "bad guys" from last season seem to be in their own show with no real ties to the cops so far this season.

Is anyone still watching the Wire this season? Last night's episode had me literally on the edge of my seat all night. My husband, who does not regularly watch it was trying to place catch up and kept asking questions, so I missed parts trying to Shush him.

what do you think is going to happen next week:

Will the Greek kill Frank Szobotka (or however you spell it)? If so, what does that mean for Nick? What about Ziggy's crazy self?

Now that Omar has the goods on STringer, what's going to happen to String? What's going to happen when Avon finds out what Stringer did? Better yet, what's going to happen when Brother Muzon (again, not sure of the name) recovers? PLEASE don't let them kill Stringer! Like Omar with Brandon, Stringer is too beautiful!!

What's up with the crooked FBI man? When are they going to realize someone keeps tipping them off?

This show is TOO GOOD! I can't believe more people aren't watching it!! I also can't believe that next week is the last episode. Things are going to tie up too quickly and they are going to make me mad!!

I watch it faithfully every week. I think that the greek is going to kill Sobotka and Nick is going to make a deal with the greek to get Ziggy off on the murder. When AVon finds out about Stringer there is going to be trouble. I think that instead of getting Stringer back hisself Omar is going to be the one to tell Avon what has been going down. They are going to have a third season so don't expect too much from the last episode.
