I know when I got my big here at Phi, we did the game where you get a famous person's name on your back, and you have to guess who it is using yes and no quesitions. Well, we used famous duos and couples, and once you found out who you were you had to find your match and that was your big!

It was total fun!

We did an Easter egg hunt last year (we have formal recruitment in the spring. Each girl had a specific color egg to look for and each egg she found contained a letter of the name of her big sis. She had to find all her eggs and put the letters together to figure it out. This was done at a sister's house and then we had a sleep-over, so everyone had time to hang out with their "families." It was a great time!
