I've been in one of them, so I've pretty much been in all of them.
Actually, London, Denver, Las Vegas.

My favorite is Las Vegas-I think that the Hard Rock Hotel there is the best in Vegas-It is just so cool, and for the "younger" crowd (college age people!).

I've been to:
Toronto (both of them....there are two there...one on Yonge St. and one in the Skydome)
Orlando
Boston
Dallas
New Orleans
My fave one is the one in the Skydome! I went there to see the Jays/Red Sox game once. You pay $30 and get a window seat...they pipe the sounds of the stadium into the restaurant....and $23 of the $30 you paid goes towards food/drink credit (so the tickets were really only $7.....and better food than in the Skydome itself!!!! )

I hate the food there....a $9 overcooked burger. But, everytime we go on vacation my parents insist on dropping by a Hard Rock just so they can get a shirt that says they've been there. Here are the ones I've been to (there are a lot):
United States
Orlando
Ft.Lauderdale
Miami
DC
Atlanta
Philadelphia
Nashville
Key West
San Diego
Baltimore
New York
San Francisco
Los Angeles
Niagara Falls
Honolulu
Boston
Cleveland
Outside the US
Seoul
Tokyo
Nassau
Hong Kong
Tiajuana
Malaysia
Toronto
Bali
Grand Caymen
Cozumel
Cancun
Bangkok
My parents were very upset that there was no Hard Rock when we were in Israel so we went to the Planet Hollywood in Tel Aviv. Equally as bad.

More, I think. though I can't remmember them. Hard Rock food sucks, but it's like going to a museum. Plus it's a whole lot better the Planet Hollywood.

I have always heard that the food sucks. So I've never eaten at one. I've been to the gift shop at the one in DC. During a high school summer school field trip a group of us ditched the Smithsonian. It was my idea too! I was like "Hey if we can find where Lincoln got shot, the Hard Rock is right across the street!"
I've been to the HR Casino. Can you say itty bitty casino. :eek" Give me the MGM anyday.
I've never been to the TWO that I live 20 minutes from. San Diego and La Jolla.
