I was wondering if most other people have a Talent/Variety show as part of their Greek Week?
Our annual "Spring Sing" is part of Greek Week. Shows are I think between 8-12 minutes each and this year's theme was "The Greek World". Most people did MTV'ish things.

We did a tribute to MTV in the 80's and had a bunch of features including Madonna (Vogue), Janet Jackson, Poison, Oh Mickey and I Love Rock & Roll.

(ours won this year!)

We have both a talent show and a lip sync competition. The talent show usually isn't done by themes...the groups just have whoever can sing, play an instrument, etc. do something. Lip sync is always themed...each GLO has their own theme (past themes include the Grammy's, song remakes, etc.). Lip sync tends to be more popular and more entertaining than talent show, but they're both a lot of fun.

Greek Week is SOOOOO much FUN!!!!! I loved it. We didn't do so well, but it was all worth it. And our Greek Games were canceled cause of poor weather...or we could've done better...lol! We got third place on our dance. Greek Week's a big thing at UNT and we start learning the dance like a month or 2 in advance and practice and practice and practice! Then we have to tape a skit and turn that in for points. You also get points throughout the week for a canfood building contest which includes collecting a lot of canfoods and then stacking them in a unique way. And we donate everything to charity and any money raised we also contribute to a certain charity. This year it was to pediatric care. It's a whole lot of fun though! There's also a toga contest. You have to make togas that go along with your dance theme. So basically it's a yell contest in a toga! It's so fun! I'm already ready for next years Greek Week! Hehehehe! And another thing...I have one quick question how do you ad the letters at the bottom of your post?
