Squirrles are the Nuts!

Used to eat Squirrels for food, then married one! To big to put in the pan to fry!

That is okay though, she was a red head nut! Have had problems with both ever since!

But the AGD Physco Squad has helped me to get by all of that now!

Isn't this (1/21) something like national squirrel appreciation day or something? Seriously.

How does one appreciate a squirrel?

It is indeed Squirrel Appreciation Day today. Surpassed in my mind only by National Penguin Awareness Day on the 19th. Yes seriously.
That said, National Sea Monkey Day Feb 15th is one for the diary too.

How ironic...about 10 years ago I was driving around on a spring day w/my two teenaged (then 14 & 13) daughters. In the course of a three-block span we had 4 squirrels dart in front of the car, just before I was about to drive over them. All escaped.

I told the kids that there was a gang called the Squirrels, and that zipping out in front of cars was part of their initiation rites. They believed me...I didn't tell them the truth until we got home that day.

Keep in mind that when I was a UG I told one of my brothers that you could tell how old a piranha is by cutting it in half & counting the rings, as one would w/a tree. I'm glad that he didn't actually try to see if that was true--

TTFN,
BF
