ROFL, Cream!!!!
I don't believe that "what comes around goes around". I wish people always got what is coming to them, good or bad, but I don't think they do.

THINGS I DON'T BELIEVE
That passion dies after 4 years...
That a no-talent bimbette like Britney Spears has become Queen of the earth...
That our loved ones can't contact us from beyond....
That money can't buy happiness...
That blondes have more fun...
That "nice girls don't"....
"No pain, no gain"...
"Easy come easy go"....
That the meek shall inherit the earth...
That beauty is only skin deep...

I can't believe that the Board of Directors of my co-op bought the worst, cheapest windows after years of window meetings and debate. They only open ten inches! I can't believe that there is nothing that I can do about it. They said that if we wanted different windows at this stage, they would cost $750,000 more than the $2,500,000 we already paid.

Like Calvin and Hobbes once said, "I think the surest indicator of alien life is that they haven't contacted us . . . "
A good point, even when made by a 6-yr-old cartoon character

I don't believe...
.......that everything is up to fate/destiny (I believe everyone is given a road map to life, but the paths we choose will lead us in different directions for better or worse.)
.......that money is the root of all evil (greed/jealousy is the root of evil, money is just a piece of linen! c'mon people!)
.......that people can only find true love once (never been in true love myself, but I believe that many people can have several loves throughout their lifetime, even though they may fall out of love eventually)
.......that blood is always thicker than water (although my best best friend is my Mommy hehehe, many of the people I consider to be "family" have no DNA in common with me)

Actually...
I believe the quote is that,
"The love of money is the root of all evil."
It does make some difference in interpretation.

Reminds me of the Jim beam billboard I saw in Corpus over Christmas break;
"A toast; to friends who are more like family, and vice versa."
hahahahah. Flucking love it.

Greed and jealousy came about LONG before money was ever invented! Even neolithic people were greedy (over things like food they killed), and jealous (over partners or whatever).

*That blood is always thicker than water.
*That you can't have fun without sex or drinking.
*An eye for an eye.
*That following is always bad. Sometimes you have to be a good follower in order to learn.
*That men are from mars and women are from venus. I think we have more in common than we think. A lot of these differences are socialized rather than inherited.
*That parents are always right.
*Easy come, easy go.
*That one's bark is bigger than one's bite.
*Positive thinking will give you positive results.
It's best to be realistic.
*Failure=incompetence
