Hey KA...if your one of the people that don't like to see people getting bashed, then why did you just start something??? You guys are getting a colony here and its already getting a bad rap...people here say KA...oh you mean the Klan of America. But i've met KA's from at least 5 other chapters and they are mostly decent guys. So what if I like to go to the gym and train...I like to push my body and myself. B-Mac, oh man it's good to know we can always count on you and lifesaver for some laughs.

But for the sake of big "V", it's better to probably not give her acknowledgement and bary that whole nonsense. And yes what you said about UNFSX and TKE was dead-on, you guys gotta keep a lower profile, especially if the big V is buzzing around.

BTW UNFSX, I do agree with what you said about how this trash talking is common on campuses. God knows we've all probably seen some drunken greek imbecile talking some smack over a microphone in a bar - but because this forum gets a lot of attention by kids looking to rush and non-greeks looking for valid opinions on greek life, it doesn't look very well to see that kind of stuff. What's your workout routine? I wouldn't mind hearing your exercises and what supplements (if any) you're taking -

KA...im a southener myself even though I live in FL(which techniqually is the south i guess). Both sides of my family is from South Alabama and i eat toast, bacon, sausage and grits..hell i've even had a couple shots of moonshine..i felt like i was going to die a couple minutes later though:-)
But there is southener and then there is white trash inbreeder. You know the difference. I don't care if you trash talk, but when people say "you shouldn't talk bad about other people." and then"by the way your a POS." That makes me PO'd. I can understand people's viewpoints on here but man some responses are riduculous. It's all good though.
Lil G...the overview of my workout is about 4-6 hours a day depending on what day it is.
on MWF morning's im in the gym doing upper body and back for about 2 hours. Then i rest for a bit and then either run(3-9 miles depending on what I need to do) or swim at the pool for about an hour. Tuesday and thursday I bike about 20-30 miles and then do legs at the gym. Saturday I run and sunday is my day of rest. Once a month i'll bike 50 miles..although i usually wait till the end and it rains when i try to get out so i just have to do stationary. I mix it up though cause if you do the same thing all the time your body gets bored. I really don't take supplements except creatine for 2 months every 6-8 months. I take some vitamens that have high iron and magnesium content...iron helps bind O2 to your hemaglobin and magnesium for muscle contraction. I have time to do all this now but im sure when i gradumicate next year I won't nearly have enough time. You should try doing it for at least 6 months..its super hard at first but once you break into month 3 its a great feeling for your mind and body. Girls have to take more calcium and iron cause of amenorrehha but its great.

I'm pretty new to GC, but have already found a kindred humourous spirit in KABilly. Too funny bud. My home chapter lost their KA chapter this spring, sad to say. Lookinf forward to helping them come back in a couple. Many friends today that are KA's from back in my day.....
