I meant that it wasn't cool for the sorority to tell your sister that. As a member she should have been given the courtesy of an honest response, not a "blame the system" copout.
Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding! Yes, I agree that it probably wasn't very cool of them, but I don't really know all the workings behind the scenes, so I guess I'll never really know!
