There is another column on the spreadsheet titled "New Member Building Fund: If collected as a one time charge during membership, anticipating eventual Housing" but it is populated with "N/A" for all three unhoused sororities. So it looks like there is no parlor/housing fee for the unhoused sororities, unless they are somehow bundled into the Dues/Fees column. (I wonder if that means there is no "imminent housing situation".) My daughter is a member of one of the unhoused sororities, and I know she is only paying the amount shown in the Dues/Fees column (except for the zillions spent on apparel, gifts for Littles, etc. ).
I wondered this as well when I looked over the financial sheet. If the unhoused chapters are not paying a housing fee, it is very unlikely they will be becoming housed soon or that they have a plan for eventual housing. I feel certain that Sigma Kappa women will be paying that one time housing fee.

Column E shows a "building fund." TPA says included in national dues. I can't speak for D Phi E, but we do have a housing fund included in ours also, which the treasurer might simply have not been aware of. (Most of us weren't, either.) It depends on how the question was worded when they were collecting the information, as well.

That's what I wondered, if maybe the housing fee was broken up monthly and just included in dues.
