Wish I'd thought of the black/tie-dye letters... sounds very spiffy. I have something not totally dissimilar... found a floral print where the background of the print is black, and had that as the letters, on a white background, on a black sweatshirt.
When my sorority was a new colony, our TEC (who went to UF, I believe) told us that the big thing when she was an active was white letters, white background, on a white shirt. I never quite understood why... it's not like you can see the letters if it's all the same color...
When you get to the end (when your choice letter patterns show up) scroll all the way to the top...you'll see an "add to cart" button on the upper right hand corner where you're also asked to choose your size.
