One of my co-workers is from Rochester and has a family member who lives very near this house.
The sister was very afraid of the brother, and apparently they lived in separate areas of the house....BUT, their Mother had passed away within the last year and was a gun owner. It was her weapons he used. Sound familiar?
WHY was this guy out on the street? Why did his parole officer not check to see if there were weapons in the house, a no-no for a felon?
So sad.
