Executive Councils

Gamma Phi Beta's executive council should not be a secret either because the positions are listed on websites, under composites, etc.

We have:

President
Administrative VP
Financial VP (me!)
Membership VP
Membership Education VP
Public Relations VP
Panhellenic Delegate

All other positions are under one of the above positions.

Usually, the Executive Council includes the overall Chapter Advisor and Advisors for the VPs. Chapter Council is for the collegiate EC members plus any other collegiate office.

Policies may differ into what a chapter council may do without getting official "permission" from EC. But remember, it's usually the Chapter Advisor who gets called in the middle of the night from the school, police and/or media.

Panhel Delegate

Then there are various committee chairs, including informal recruitment director, fundraising, social, etc, that aren't part of exec board but may attend exec meetings if they wish.

brooklineu, add Panhel rep to your exec board if you can - she acts as a liaison between the sorority and Panhel, and represents the sorority to Panhel, so she really is a leader within the chapter. (Former Panhel rep here - can you tell? ) Otherwise, your officer list looks good.

Sigma Nu was founded as a military organization so we retained the military titles for our officers. They go as follows:

Senior Officers:
Commander
Lt. Commander
Treasurer
Recorder
Marshal
Recruitment Chair
Chaplain

Then on down the list for Jr Officers (not in ranked order, my chapter has one for these folks but I don't have a copy of our Constitution handy):
LEAD Chair

Reporter
