I buy what is on SALE at the time. Treseme' (sp) is good, so is Suave. The trick for me is to alternate every 3rd or 4th shampoo.
When my hair gets a tad dry I use Pantene-even tough the rumor is it has wax in it. I can't use clarifying shampoo-too drying.

hmmph!
Keep in mind, most guys don't realize that girls dig guys with good hair, most guys could give a F*%( less! I used to have longer hair and I had two separate girls get pissed at me cause my hair was better than theirs. Butm they were hot, so I stopped teasing them about it! Tresemme Balsam and Protein Herbal shampoo and Pantene Pro-V conditioner, i like that thermasilk stuff too.

I've used Redken for years, but these days I'm into Phytologie, a French line. My sister has been a cosmetologist since 1974 or 1975, so I get stuff at half-price.

Right now, I'm using Phytologie's Phytocitrus, because my hair is relaxed AND colored. I also use Phytocypres, because I have a very sensitive scalp that needs exfoliation.

Good topic.

I am LOVING Sheer Blonde shampoo and conditioner right now. My hair has blonde highlights and this really works to make them brighter. I also love Clinique Shampoo--it smells yummy--like mints

From a beauty junkie-

I was blessed with perfect hair (naturally light blonde, perfectly straight yet holds curl, and thick). I have terrible acne, but God took pity on me or something. I use Johnson's Baby Shampoo. If I need a clarifier I like Bath and Body Works peppermint shampoo. Conditioner: John Frieda Sheer Blonde I also use Johnson's Baby wash and Baby Bedtime Bath. If anyone ever walked into my bathroom, they'd start looking for the infant.

maybe I need to try this Biolage stuff!!!

I switch shampoos but usually alternate between Suave Chamomile and Clinique Daily Shampoo. Every once in a while I buy this Origins Orange shampoo that really gets all the oil and junk out of your hair.

Cute Topic....

My favorite Shampoo is Biolage. I love it because I don't feel like I need to use a Conditioner after using it.

Some other favorites include...
Bed Head Controll Freak
Rusk Calm
Suave Herbal

I have heard that rumor too - the reason Pantene and other drug store brands make your hair so smooth or claim to "fix split ends" is becuase they coat your hair with wax making it look smooth - all an illusion!

Well, with all the rave reviews about Biolage, I guess that's the next thing I will try!

My personal favorites that have revived my hair from the dead (my hair has been colored over 30 times...eek):

-Redken All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner (smells wonderful too...and my hair actually is super-soft with this)

-Alterna Hemp Seed Shampoo and Conditioner for Damaged hair (expensive, yes, but it works like no other!!)

-Joico K-Pak Protect and Shine Serum (smooths out my thick, sometimes frizzy hair...makes it silky)

-Joico Resolve for when I go swimming

Ideal08, I heard that that's really good, too! Portia de Rossi (sp?) of Ally McBeal (and is also a Loreal Hair spokeswoman) swears by it and she introduced it to Lucy Liu and Calista Flockhart, too.
