Such a very cool story! I love the retro recruitment stories from "my generation". I may have to actually write my own one day.

And I LOVE the Panhellenic candle passing idea for a small campus. I'm going to take that idea back to the chapter I advise on a small campus... it's such a cool thing to bring everyone together after recruitment and remind them that they are all part of a greater NPC sisterhood.

Besides the singing and the candles, we also recited the Panhellenic Creed together.
