Some GLOs' version of "colonizing" is blowing in once, picking a bunch of people, having a chartering ceremony, and then letting them figure the rest out as they go along, with little to no help. Figuring it out is nothing new. There are things that my chapter had to figure out with the help of other chapters, Sorors, and our own smarts.

Going to facebook and Greekchat (and other quick and easy searches) instead of contacting members of your own GLO is something new in approximately the last 5-10 years.

You really need to do this ASAP.

You're going to have more drama if you keep the same system of giving bids/initiating in place and then find out your bylaws state someone must receive an 85% approval from the chapter before the person can receive a bid. I highly advice getting a straight answer from your advisers and HQ much sooner rather than later.
