I'd add that HBCU administrators are also considerably more likely to have been members of NPHC groups or to have dealt with them in college due to the *relative* dominance of the culture on HBCU campuses by the NPHC fraternities. (In short, which is more likely, that a PWI administrator knows that Sigma Alpha Epsilon has Purple and Gold as its colors or an HBCU administrator knows that Omega Psi Phi has those colors)(Yes, I know the shades are slightly different)
