Sports, sports and sports. If the Lakers are on, the Lakers. Football on Sundays. Sportscenter, and I'm angry that CNN removed the sports show at 8 p.m. in favor of all-saturation terrorism coverage.
I'm not a big series TV person, except for Sex and the City. I will catch Girlfriends once in a great while.
Food Network and Nigella Bites on E!

Let's see...
I have several "must see" shows:
Judge Judy
Frasier
Will & Grace
Law & Order (all of them... SVU, Criminal Intent)
Smallville
Everybody Loves Raymond
Bernie Mac
Nick at Night reruns...
The bad part is that I have too many things going on so I don't get to see all of my shows...but when I am watching them, the phone does not get answered!

Soul Food (I always cath the replay on Sunday night)
Judging Amy
The Practice
Law&Order

You mean I'm not the only POC who watches Smallville? Yay, lol.
I'm sorry but dude who plays Superman is definitely my guilty pleasure (let me find out he likes sistas...)
Law & Order is also high on my list
Will & Grace has fallen a couple of slots of late to CSI which I LOVE.
Everybody Loves Raymond: Why did I only just discover this show since it's been in syndication?? It is HilARIOUS! That show cracks me up!

Me neither! I miss my Sex and the City and my law & Order repeats on A&E (ahh the days pre-Benjamin Bratt were golden- not that he wasn't fine as hell, but I just liked the show more when they had the black ADA and Chris Noth was on with 'Lenny' as his partner).

I'm with Skywalker...I love the GOLDEN GIRLS!!!! That's all I watch because I get home late every night, so I'll watch two episodes of that.
I have to watch SOUL FOOD. That has the be the best sitcom right about now.
On days that I don't have to work, my favorite channel is TLC. I watch everything: A BABY STORY, DATING STORY, WEDDING STORY, MAKEOVER STORY. That whole line up is great.
Also, my other favorite channel is LIFETIME. I love to watch their movies. Speaking of which, did anyone watch "THE VIDEO VOYEOR?" That movie was the bomb!
That's all for me! Smooches!
