Didn't recieve a bid, should I try again Spring?

Pledge dues and active dues for sure. You don't want to start pledging, get your hopes up, then see you cannot pay the bill.

Meh, I know the fees and all that I meant more like open ended questions, I'm sorta tied up on a knot on that.

Hmm, I hate giving up, I really want to give it another try. I really just want to wait for one of my friends in the fraternity to tell me why I didn't get the bid, possibly because I didn't get to know the actives that much.

That's fraternity business. It's not for nonmembers to know. If you really think of a guy as a friend, don't put him in a difficult position.

Building off what I said earlier, it's not just rapport. You got to sell yourself too. Every fraternity interview I've been to has asked me why I wanted to join the fraternity or what I can bring to the fraternity, if you just give them generic or boring answers, chances are you won't get a bid.

I've found the answers that has personally worked for me but I think you should figure out how to answer it on your own.

Guys, I've decided to drop it, I wont ask him. I don't want to put anyone in a bad position. My first priority is to do well this semester.

Yeah man, I agree with you. I feel so bad that I didn't talk to the active senior members more because I feel like they influence the most on who gets the bid and whatnot. I am friends with the rush chairs but I am not really close to them and I would like to take this semester to join similar on campus organizations as them to know them a bit better. THanks GC for the insight!
