I'm in Manitoba, which is a much smaller Greek system, but ditto on what has been said. Focus on your core high school subjects (that will get you into university). Sidenote: Grade 9 and 10 classes don't factor into your acceptance at all, and Grade 11 only does if you do early admissions. At least in good ol' MB.
Being that you are factoring Greek systems into the universities you are looking, consider adding Canadian schools with smaller Greek systems to your list. Even though my chapter doesn't have a house (none do here), we still have the whole Greek experience, it's just different. I find that a major difference between Canadian and American schools (even at places like UBC and U of T), you have to explain the Greek system a lot more.* I have to say, I love that I know EACH girl in my chapter, and almost every girl in the other chapters. It's totally different than a lot of people's experiences, but there are still benefits.
If you have any questions, shoot me a PM and I can try to help.
*I'm sure there are places in the US that are like this as well.
