I'm sorry, but when those LSUs came to Georgetown and stepped with machetes back in 2000, I was SOLD. And I have never seen an unattractive LSU. Berto would understand.
Monarca, please don't be unattractive.

Oops! LOL
Yeah, I know how that is. Plus there's not exactly a huge pool to draw from in the first place.

UTA has 30-something organizations on campus, so expanding is already hard. Within MGC (the only group that isn't in MGC is SLB), there are 3 fraternities and 6 sororities. I think it would be great to have another national LGLO on campus, but several of the local organizations try to prevent that. Just giving you a heads up.

Well, I am not sure what year your organization introduced machetes into its performances, but this has been something very sacred to my sorority that goes back almost to our founding. I know for sure we are the first sorority to ever use machetes, but now I see LOTS of organizations doing it, and it's a little disheartening. Again, if your org. has been using machetes prior to 1989, more power to you. If not...well, I'm not sure what to say.

Our first machete step occured late 1979 very quickly after our founding. The machete has special menaing to us its even on our shield. Yeah we see other orgs trying to do it too but as you said "What can you do" right? but it good to see another org doing it with meaning rather than it being just cool.
