Reality TV Theme!! Help Please!!

Hey Guys,

I need you alls help!!

I need to plan 4 recruitment nights with the theme Reality TV. Please no stupid shows! Each night runs from 1 to 2 hours. I want something fun that the girls will enjoy and potentially want to join my sorority.
